For upgrade, you need to have the username and password provided to you, a one time operation.
To receive them, contact us at https://arcanna.ai/support.
Steps to follow:

Connect via SSH to the VM

Go to /opt/arcanna
-
Run
./upgrade.sh -u <username> -p <password>
