User Management

The user management section is available only for administrative users and can be accessed from Profile (top right corner) > User Management.

User Roles​

1. User​

Users with this user role are allowed to perform mostly read operations such as: view jobs, see alerts, see buckets, see job overview, etc. They can also give feedback. They cannot access Integrations, Job Settings, they cannot perform training rounds and cannot start, stop, or create a job.

2. Power user​

Users with this role can create jobs, edit jobs, access feedback statistics & session, perform training, setup integrations. However, they cannot access the license and user management pages or other platform related sections.

3. Admin​

Users with this role have administrative privileges and can access restricted pages such as the license & platform management or user management. They can perform any action in Arcanna without restrictions.
