User Management
The user management section is available only for administrative users and can be accessed from Profile (top right corner) > User Management.
User Roles
1. User
Users with this user role are allowed to perform mostly read operations such as: view use cases, see alerts, see buckets, see use case overview, etc. They can also give feedback. They cannot access Integrations, Use Case Settings, they cannot perform training rounds and cannot start, stop, or create a use case.
2. Power user
Users with this role can create use cases, edit use cases, access feedback statistics & session, perform training, setup integrations. However, they cannot access the license and user management pages or other platform related sections.
3. Admin
Users with this role have administrative privileges and can access restricted pages such as the license & platform management or user management. They can perform any action in Arcanna without restrictions.
