AI Assistant Sessions

The assistant supports multiple sessions: a new session opens each time you enter the chat. Each assistant session is completely independent of any other session.

In the left menu, you can view a history of these sessions and retrieve them at any time. There is no limit on the number of sessions a user can have.

AI Assistant Narratives

A narrative is a predefined prompt to be used by the assistant.

• Arcanna provides three types of narratives: conversation summarization, user onboarding, and alert investigation.

• The provided narratives can be edited, and users can also create new ones.

• Click on Narratives button to access the AI Assistant Narratives.

• Click Apply to select a narrative and load it in the context window.

The user can now interact with the assistant, guided by the provided narrative.
